2. Service
NoiraWork is a job search automation tool. The user is responsible for their use of the platform and the accuracy of the information they provide.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. NoiraWork does not store credit card data. Subscriptions renew automatically until the user cancels.
4. Personal Data
User data (CV, profile, application history) is stored securely in Supabase. It is not shared with third parties without explicit consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
NoiraWork does not guarantee employment. The platform facilitates the search process, but the final decision always rests with the employer.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
